1) Vérifie la page FRANÇAIS pour voir la liste de choix pour la lecture.
Fais la lecture autonome.2) Dis le vire-langue suivant à haute voix trois fois :

3) Dans ton cahier d’écriture, copie la question suivante et ensuite écris ta réponse. Assure-toi de justifier toutes tes opinions et expliquer avec détails.

English Language Arts:
1) Read a novel of your choice independently for at least twenty minutes.
2) Continue working on writing your book review first draft in your writing notebook. See the ELA page for the components of a book review and questions to ask yourself when you are writing opinions about a novel.
3) Challenge someone else to a round of Think Quick! Set a timer for one minute, give them a random topic (such as pretzels, the colour green, juggling, helicopter pilot....) and see if they can speak fluently about the subject without long pauses, the word um, or overusing the word like. Now - it's your turn!

For Parents:
Maths: Students should practice estimating multiplications with decimal numbers.Students have two pages to complete about integers - either by printing the pages or by simply writing down the answers on a page. Students could play an integer practice game - Integer War is my favorite: same rules as the card game War, but all the red cards are negative numbers!
French: Students should do some independent French reading. There is a list of options on the Francais page. Students should say out loud several times today's tongue twister. Students should copy down today's question (Do we have to help others?) in their writing notebook and then write down their opinions with justification and detail.
Science: If not finished yesterday, students should complete this task: access the Canadian Space Agency site to read the information and watch the short clips about the food astronauts eat. Students should write down the facts in their duotang. If students are finished that task there is a few bonus videos to watch today if they so choose.
Social Studies: Students should read the information about D-Day: the Secret Plan. They should then watch the two short videos. Please be aware that the first has cartoon violence.
