Here's what we'll be working on this week:
Mathematiques: representing equivalent fractions, practicing multiple strategies to solve subtraction equations
Francais: daily reading, finishing our creative writing projects, expressing opinions with justification
English Language Arts: daily reading, interviewing our subject and writing biographies, critical thinking discussions and writing.
Sciences de la nature: exploring the difference between vertebrate and invertebrate animal, researching invertebrate animals
Sciences Humaines: researching the experiences of past immigrants to Canada.
**It is also Spirit Week!
**On Halloween, we'll be doing fun activities all day and celebrating with a class party!

Pizza!
Thursday, October 31 is indeed Halloween but it's also Pizza Day!
On Tuesday, October 29th, students will order and pay for their pizza in class. (It costs 2 dollars a slice. Students can choose between cheese and pepperoni.)
On Thursday at lunch, they will pick up their tasty pizza!
