English Language Arts:

*If you sent your first draft to Mme McK, she gave you feedback. Start with that.
*If you haven't sent your first draft to Mme McK, do that first!
*Read your writing out loud. It will help you make sure what you have written is what you wanted to say. It will also help you see if there is any repetition.

For Parents:

Maths: Students should access the attached pages to complete today's mental math. They are calculating the area of rectangles (length x width) as another way to practice the multiplication of decimal numbers.

French: Students should do their daily independent French reading - there is a list of options on the Francais page. Students should do their daily oral French practice - today's focus is inventing a sentence - there is a list of options on the Francais page.  Students should then review their work from last week with the attached answer key. Finally, students have some writing to do: a list of rules for the movie theatre.

Science:  No assignment today.
